Ganoderma lucidum (Rishi mushroom fruited body) —1500mg

Uncariatomentosa (Cat's claw stem bark) — 1000mg

Withania somnefera (Ashwagandha root) — 1000mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Purified water, 20% ethanol. 

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml), twice per day with food. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.
